What we need to know when you reserve

Payment is taken upon time of reservation.
All reservations are subject to a cancellation charge. Reservations for RV Sites and Tent  Site have a $10.00 cancellation charge if cancelled. Cabin reservations have a $20.00 cancellation charge if cancelled.

Cancellation policy

  • River Grove Campground and Cabins have a 7 day cancellation Policy.
  • If you cancel your RV  Site or Tent Site reservation 7 or more days prior to your arrival, you will be refunded the amount of your reservation minus a $10.00 cancellation charge. If you cancel your Cabin reservation 7 or more days  prior to your arrival , you will be refunded the amount of your reservation minus a $20.00 cancellation charge.
  • Your credit card company may take up to 10 business days to refund your account.
  • If you cancel less than 7 days prior to your arrival date, one nights amount will be withheld.
  • Late Arrivals and No-Shows
    * If you do not arrive on the date of your reservation, you will have until 2 pm the following day to contact us or check-in at the campground, otherwise, your reservation will be considered a “no show” and will be canceled.  Your cabin, RV, or tent site will be opened to rent.
