RV air conditioning is not designed for use over extended periods of time. They can ice up if left on for too long, especially if set too cold or if doors and windows are left open. Turn the A/C off if you plan to be out of the unit for any length of time.

If icing occurs, you will notice very little airflow from the vents and a lack of cooling. Should this happen, turn off the A/C for 2-3 hours minimum for it to thaw out. If you need assistance with the unit please contact the campground office immediately.

We strongly suggest that the awnings are not used. The use of awnings is the sole responsibility of the renter. Should you not wish to be responsible, please leave the awnings retracted in the upright position. If you so choose to use the awning, a $2,000 pre-authorization will be taken from your credit card at the time of check-in.

There is ZERO tolerance for damaged awnings. If the awning becomes damaged during your stay you will pay for the repair. After each unit is rented to you all awnings are checked and inspected by our staff. Repairs are executed when damage is found. This ensures that each awning on every trailer is in perfect working order and damage free. It also enables us to bill the damage to the renter responsible.

IF YOU CHOOSE TO USE THE AWNING: Please contact the campground office PRIOR to use awning. Please use awnings safely and carefully! Be sure to lower one side slightly during heavy rain to allow drainage and retract awning during any windstorms to prevent damage. Ensure that awnings are raised high enough so that the entry doors do not rub or tearing can occur. Full instructions will be supplied with the trailer.

If a carpet needs professional cleaning due to excess spillage etc., a cleaning charge of $100.00 will apply‍

There is NO SMOKING OR PETS ALLOWED IN THE ON-SITE TRAILERS. Any evidence of smoking/pets in a trailer will result in a $200 charge

IF THERE IS A STRONG ODOUR OF RAW PROPANE, notify the campground office, turn off main propane tank immediately until source of leak is located. Do not let small children play with stove knobs
Check in after 6 p.m.  Check out 2 p.m.

$20 - If you lose your key

$200 - evidence of smoking in trailers or any signs of pet

$100 - carpets returned dirty where professional cleaning is required

$100 - cleaning charge of exceptionally unclean units as outlined in "unit cleaning/damage"

If you cancel your reservation or reduce your days of stay 14 or more days prior to your arrival date you will be refunded the full amount of your reservation minus $50.00 processing fee.

If you cancel your reservation or reduce your days of stay less than14 days prior to, or within your date of arrival, one night’s amount will be withheld.

Late Arrivals and No Shows
If you do not arrive on the date of your reservation, you will have until 2:00 PM the following day to contact us or check in at the campground, otherwise your reservation will be considered a “no show” and will be cancelled and appropriate cancellation fees will be applied.

Charges are for the use of the assigned site and campground facilities only. The campground assumes no responsibility for loss thru theft, fire, collision or otherwise, to the recreation vehicle, tent, car or any vehicle, or their contents or the personal belongings of those in an on-site rented recreational vehicle, tent, or cabin, whether due to negligence or otherwise. Any violation of the campground rules or guest policies, the determination of which shall be at the sole discretion of the campground operator, shall result in termination of this reservation.

PHYSICAL DAMAGE TO CAMPGROUND, BUILDINGS OR TREES, BURNING DEADFALL OR MOVING FIRE PITS WILL BE SUBJECT TO A MINIMUM OF $100.00  VANDALISM CHARGE AND WILL RESULT IN EVICTION FROM CAMPGROUND WITHOUT REFUND.
